Tasting Notes
The wine is fresh, lively and typically grassy with a hint of passion fruit. It is unique and very expressive of its terroir, taking you to the region with every sip.
Vineyard Notes
Cool climate made this vintage ideal for growing good fruit. As a result, our winemaker, Tseliso Rangaka, was able to capitalize on this and produce wines of exceptional quality.
Production Notes
The Rangaka family is proud to announce
the release of its 2006 Sauvignon Blanc.
The search for a source of good quality, cool
climate fruit saw M’hudi make the journey
to cool climate Elgin where she soon found
herself amongst like-minded friends. The
result of this newfound friendship is to be
savoured in every bottle of the 2006 vintage.
Getting the fruit to the cellar took some doing
but the result is well worth the effort.
