This Moscato was sourced from warmer vineyards further south to achieve the ripe fruit forward profile Trinitas desired.
The 2010 Vintage was long and cool season that was very advantageous vintage for Northern California. The vintage kept the moderate brix while fruit flavors and esters matured.
This California Moscato was crushed and pressed right after harvesting. It then went through 100% tank fermentation and finished at 12 brix. It spent 3 months in tank and was given 1 round of CO2.
