Valley Girls - 3pk
2013 Dream Catcher Columbia Valley Red Blend
A blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Petit Verdot, this wine is a seamless, perfumed, complex reflection of elegance and grace. While leaning toward the lighter side of full-bodied, it has fabulous intensity of flavor with an impossible to resist profile.
2013 Mira Luna Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
It's no secret that Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine region is known for world-class Pinot Noir. So, when we set out to produce a Pinot Noir for our Mira Luna label, we knew exactly where to source the fruit. A reflection of this unique terroir, this wine has lovely cranberry and earth nuances backed by medium acidity making it an excellent wine to pair with lamb, duck, game and stews.
This wine received a 90 point rating from Tasting Panel Magazine.
Indicative of a cooler-temperature Pinot Noir, it is between garnet and ruby in color. The wine is clean with fairly intense aromatics - warm baking spices, red berries along with a hint of dust and a note of paraffin. Bright on the palate with medium body, which is another hallmark of its Willamette roots. Although the strawberry and rhubarb fruits are still developing, the tannins have the grit of youth, speaking to an ageable wine.
2017 San Valencia Willamette Valley Rosé of Pinot Noir
"The beautiful pale salmon color is befitting a Rosé from Oregon’s premier growing region. On the nose, this 100% Pinot Noir shows fresh red berry notes and a hint of orange peel. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, and shows much of complexity and character one would expect the grape. There is an abundance of red fruit, but additional flavors of sassafras, cola nut, and turned earth. The finish is as clean and bright as the wine itself. It is a wine that is certainly suited to sipping on a summer day, but also capable of complementing a range of fare from watermelon salad to grilled local salmon. 93 points."
